Richard Ezra-Ham is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in commissioning and engineering management within the naval and marine sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Commissioning Engineer at Babcock International Group since October 2025, Richard previously held the position of Pump Solutions Manager at Selwood Ltd, where the focus was on delivering complex pumping solutions for diverse industries. Richard's career at Babcock International Group includes significant roles such as Warships Commissioning Manager, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating the commissioning of various systems on naval vessels, and earlier positions as Senior Support Engineer and Engineering Technician.
