Roger Conolly

Roger Conolly brings extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and people analytics, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics at Babcock International Group since December 2012, where responsibilities include leadership roles in various sectors such as Nuclear and Marine. Prior to this, Roger held multiple managerial positions at Thales from June 2007 to December 2012, focusing on integrated business planning and program management across different divisions. Roger's career began in program management and consulting roles at companies including o2 Germany, Siemens Mobile, IBM Business Consulting Services, and Telefonica, contributing to significant projects in technology management and software development. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Information Systems from the University of the West of England.
