Ruth Cairnie

Ruth Cairnie is an experienced business leader who has held a number of senior positions in a variety of companies. Ruth is currently an independent non-executive director at Babcock International Group.

Prior to their current role, they were with Windsor Leadership, where they were responsible for leading a team of business psychologists who provided coaching and development programmes for senior executives.

Ruth has also held positions at POWERful Women, Covid Recovery Commission and Cambridge University. At Cambridge University, they served on the finance committee from January 2015 to September 2019.

In addition to their work in the corporate world, Ruth Cairnie has also been active in the non-profit sector. Ruth is a former director of Criticaleye, a leadership development organisation, and has also served on the board of Rolls-Royce.
