Benjamin Mitchell

Benjamin Mitchell is a Thermal Engineer at Vogt Power International, where responsibilities include process design calculations and heat transfer calculations for an HRSG project team since October 2022. Additionally, Benjamin serves as the President of the Louisville Alumni Chapter of The Tau Beta Pi Association, Inc., focusing on chapter rebuild and alumni engagement. Previous experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineering Drafter at Carrier Vibrating Equipment and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Louisville, where expertise in 3D printing composites was developed. Other notable positions include Mechanical Designer Co-op roles at Material Handling Systems, Inc., and Santa Rosa Systems, as well as leadership of the Combat Robot Team for Redbird Robotics. Benjamin holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
