Vignesh Bala has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 as a Merit Researcher at the University of Southern California. Vignesh then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the same university from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, Vignesh joined Vogt Power International as an Applications Engineer and later served as a Proposal Engineer from 2015 to 2016. Vignesh then became a Regional Account Manager from 2016 to 2020 and was promoted to Director - HRSG Services from 2020 to 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Operations at Vogt Power International.
Vignesh Bala holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Louisville. Vignesh also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Southern California.
