Jarrod Kelly

Jarrod Kelly has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Starting as a Pastor in various churches, they transitioned into the corporate world in 2005, holding positions such as Controls & Electrical Engineer and Controls Technical Sales & Project Manager at Diamond Power Speciality Co. Jarrod then moved on to Babcock & Wilcox as a Business Integration Team Lead, Product Line Director, and later as a Business Unit Director. Throughout their career, Jarrod has demonstrated expertise in leading strategic initiatives, managing R&D activities, and overseeing business operations with a focus on P&L responsibility.

Jarrod Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ohio University in 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies at Lipscomb University, completing the program in 1998.
