Laurel O'Reilly

Laurel O'Reilly is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Services - Solar at Babcock & Wilcox since July 2023. Prior to this role, Laurel held the position of Engineering Project Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables from December 2019 to July 2023, and worked as an Operations Engineer II. Laurel's career began at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP), where responsibilities included serving as a Reactor/Refueling Operations Engineer from October 2015 to August 2019.
