Cara Miller

Cara (Ricarda) Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cara (Ricarda) is currently the Director of User Experience at Babel Street since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of ZIV, a certified woman-owned UX, brand, and marketing strategy agency from 2004 onwards. Cara (Ricarda) also served as the Director of Experience + Strategy (CX) at Solutionz starting in 2021. Additionally, Cara was an Adjunct Professor at The Art Institutes International - Kansas City from 2011 to 2014. Cara (Ricarda) has previously worked as a User Experience Architect at MMGY Global, a Senior User Experience Designer at Popstar Networks, and an Interaction Designer at Quarry Integrated Communications. Cara (Ricarda)'searliest experience includes being an Interactive Creative Director at Concept Interactive Inc., where they worked on online implementations for various brands.

Cara (Ricarda) Miller earned a Master's degree in Design Management/Interaction Design from The University of Kansas, attending from 2008 to 2011. Cara (Ricarda) also completed a GRDE degree in Design at Georgian College from 1992 to 1995.
