Ellen McCarthy

Ellen McCarthy is a seasoned professional in international relations and national security, serving as the CEO and Founder of Trust in Media Cooperative since March 2022. Current roles include Senior Fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center, Board Member at the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, and Member of the Board of Directors at SAP NS2, all initiated in September 2023. Additionally, McCarthy is involved as a member of various advisory boards including Babel Street, Fortem Technologies, and The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University. With prior experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and a background in advisory roles with the National Security Institute at George Mason University and Exiger, McCarthy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina.
