Gertrude began their career at Hill & Knowlton as a Senior Managing Director, where they managed key consumer accounts and played a crucial role in launching strategic products for clients such as Procter & Gamble. Following that, Gertrude worked at The Global Name Registry, Limited as a Marketing Communications Director, leading a successful online marketing campaign for the launch of the .name top-level domain.

Gertrude then joined Tasti D-Lite LLC as the Marketing Communications Director, where they revitalized the frozen dessert brand and significantly expanded its presence.
