Ryan Cooper

Ryan Cooper, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at Babel Street since July 2023. Prior roles include Benefits Manager and People & Culture Generalist at the Utah Jazz from November 2021 to July 2023, and Human Resources Generalist at Purple between August 2020 and November 2021. Ryan's experience also encompasses a position as HR Analyst at GBS Benefits, Inc. from April 2018 to December 2020, and account management roles at Morgan Stanley and Jive Communications, Inc. from December 2015 to October 2015. Early career highlights include roles at Prime 11 Cinemas as a Projectionist/Concessions from June 2008 to April 2011. Ryan holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Shasta College, earned between 2009 and 2015, and graduated from Anderson Union High School in 2009.
