Christian Förster

Christian Förster has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Christian is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of babelforce, a position they have held since January 2016. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of zouma GmbH, an innovation management and technology consulting company, from October 2007 to December 2015. In this role, they managed and developed projects for clients in the areas of cloud computing, telecommunications, and mobile apps.

Before zouma GmbH, Christian Förster served as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of 8hertz Technologies GmbH, a B2B software company specializing in speech recognition, NLU, voice portals, IVR, and contact center automation. Christian held this position from September 2001 to April 2007 and managed projects for enterprise customers such as VW, BMW, and Daimler.

Prior to their roles in technology and consulting companies, Christian Förster worked as a Project Manager at artundweise GmbH from September 1999 to August 2001. Christian began their career as a Working Student at Rhenus Logistics in September 1996 and worked there until August 1999.
