Kate Hazlewood

Kate Hazlewood is currently the Design & Wellbeing Lead at Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils. Previously, Kate was the Social Prescribing Programme Manager at Ipswich & East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group and the Engagement Lead at the same District Councils. With a background in community development, Kate has also worked as a Club Coordinator and Office Manager in various organizations. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Acting Studies from The University of Manchester.
