Chrp Matt Patton

Matt Patton, CHRP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Matt started their career at Kellogg Canada, Inc in 2011 as a Human Resources Summer Student, where they played a key role in the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as job profile management. Matt then moved on to KUBRA in 2013, where they held various positions, including Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and currently as the Human Resources Lead. At KUBRA, they have been responsible for recruitment, selection, health and safety initiatives, new hire orientations, employee relations, wellness programs, injury claims and reporting, and training materials and initiatives. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to improving HR processes.

Matt Patton, CHRP attended York University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree with a focus on Human Resources Management. In 2017, they earned the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Matt further advanced their education by completing additional certifications, including the Hearst Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in August 2022, and Employee Experience and HR as a Business Partner certifications from LinkedIn in January 2020.
