Jacqui Frost

Jacqui Frost is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning development, currently serving as a Skills Coach for HR3 & HR5 at Babington since April 2023. Previously, Jacqui held various coaching roles, including Learning Coach at Total People and Accounting & Taxation Professional Apprenticeship Coach at Kaplan UK. Experience also includes providing support to learners at The Opportunity Group and training adults in HR and Leadership at Milton Keynes College. With a decade of experience as a Learning and Development Specialist at Leonardo MW and ownership of Heptagon Consultants Ltd, Jacqui has a rich background in delivering HR and L&D activities across diverse sectors. Early career experience includes a significant role as HR & Training Manager at Kettle Foods. Jacqui holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources and a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
