Katherine Hill

Katherine Hill is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and education, currently working as a Skills Coach HR at Babington since March 2023. Previous roles include HR Learning Coach at Total People and Learning and Development Specialist at RBHR Consultancy. Katherine has also served as Programme Leader for Management and HR at Exeter College, Business and Economics Teacher at both Strode College and Bruton School for Girls, and Course Leader for Business and HR at Bridgwater & Taunton College. Early career highlights include roles as a Training and Development Consultant at Mentor Group Ltd and PricewaterhouseCoopers, along with serving as a Captain in the British Army. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Nottingham Trent University and a PGCE from the University of Plymouth.
