Urvesh Shelat has held a variety of roles at several companies since 2007. Urvesh's work experience includes an internship at Global Health Strategies in 2007, an Analyst Intern at Health Advances in 2009, a Junior Consultant and Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 2011, a National Performance Analyst Secondment at Network Rail in 2013, an MBA Intern at EPIC Companies and a Recovery and Resiliency Intern at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority in 2014, a Consultant and Ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015, a Project Leader/Venture Architect Lead at BCG Digital Ventures in 2017, and a Co-Founder at Babl Books and Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy and Principal Product Manager at Amazon in 2019.

Urvesh Shelat completed a BA in Urvesh'story and Science from Harvard University between 2005 and 2009. Urvesh then attended the University of Cambridge for an M. Phil in Economic and Social Urvesh'story from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they also attended Nihon University for a Japanese Language and Japan Studies Program (JLSP). Lastly, they attended Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
