Luiza Skerja has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Youth Specialist at the Ministry of Tourism Albania in 2004. In 2008, they joined ProCredit Holding as a Customer Service Specialist, where they were the process owner of the Handling Complains Procedure in institutional level, assessed the level of Customer Satisfaction via surveys, and developed and implemented procedures which improved customer experience. In 2012, they returned to Avon as a Marketing Specialist, and is currently working as a Customer Service Manager at Baboon - Food Delivery, beginning in 2022.
