Connie Aramento

Connie Aramento is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, organizational strategy, and wellness coaching. Currently serving as Manager of Organizational Learning and Development at Babson College, Connie has also held roles as Director of Learning and Development and Senior Learning and Development Specialist. As CEO of Connie Kanella Consulting LLC, Connie specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. Previously, Connie founded Soul Sync Wellness, LLC, focusing on personal development and wellness solutions. Notable past experiences include serving as a Commercial Lending Consultant at Ally Commercial Capital and various roles at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where efforts were directed toward enhancing student support and academic programming. Connie holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from St. John Fisher University, along with additional credentials from the HERS Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
