Vineela Ayalasomayajula

Vineela Ayalasomayajula is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Organizational Development, currently serving as Deputy Manager for Learning and Organizational Development at Biocon since January 2017. With a focus on training effectiveness evaluation and the integration of digital libraries into learning management systems, Vineela also leads the Neo parents ERG Group under the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) umbrella.
