Devin Dicarlo

Devin DiCarlo is a dynamic professional currently serving as an Incoming Strategy Intern at Wayfair and a Facilitator and Mentor for the SPACE Program. As a Lead Mentor at Babson College, Devin guides students through entrepreneurship and organizational behavior topics while also mentoring them in developing their start-up ventures. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Devin co-founded DiCarlo Bros. Gym Cleaning Services and previously led the strategic direction of Maattera, a sustainable alpaca wool startup. Additional experience includes a Finance & Strategy Internship at CrossFit TILT, where Devin implemented financial initiatives leading to significant cost savings, and consultancy roles that refined brand strategies for various companies. Devin studies Finance and Entrepreneurship at Babson College and will expand educational horizons at Università Bocconi.
