Katherine Worthington

Katherine Worthington is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Graduate Student Life and Leadership at Babson College since December 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing graduate student engagement and leadership development. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Assistant Director in the same department. Previous experience includes working as a Program Coordinator in the Office for Student Affairs at Harvard School of Public Health from July 2014 to December 2019, and an internship in Student Development and Activities at Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, Katherine contributed as a Transfer Seminar Fellow at Baruch College and served as a Resident Advisor for EF Education First. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with minors in International Studies and Special Education from Boston College.
