Kathleen Dean

Kathleen Dean is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education, sports, and financial services. Currently serving as the Nauset High School Girl's Lacrosse Assistant Coach since March 2022 and an Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College since November 2021, Kathleen brings pedagogical expertise to the academic realm. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Sales Associate at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty Cape Cod from July 2021 to October 2022 and spent over three decades at Fidelity Investments, where Kathleen was elevated to Senior Vice President before departing in July 2021. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Smith College and an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
