Michelle Guzowski

Michelle Guzowski is an ambitious business professional currently serving as a Launch Intern at EY since June 2024. Michelle holds the position of President and Board Member at TAMID Group since September 2023 and is a Team Leader for the Babson Consulting Association from October 2023. As an Admissions Ambassador at Babson College since August 2022, Michelle leads tours for prospective students and engages with them post-visit to enhance retention. Previously, Michelle worked as a Consultant at Grant Thornton Costa Rica during summer 2023, where analysis of lease contracts and financial modeling were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Development Associate at Paraspot AI, focusing on lead generation and market communication strategies. Michelle's early career featured an internship in marketing at Televisora de Costa Rica. Michelle is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Babson College, expected to graduate in May 2026.
