Peter Cohan

Peter Cohan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and entrepreneurship. As a Senior Contributor at Forbes since April 2011, Cohan writes the Startup Economy blog. At Babson College, Cohan has held roles from Executive in Residence to Associate Professor of Management Practice, where courses on strategy and entrepreneurship are taught, and has been coordinator of the Strategic Problem Solving capstone course since December 2018. Cohan also leads Peter S. Cohan & Associates, providing expertise in consulting. Additionally, Cohan has contributed columns to various publications, including Inc. Magazine and the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, and held strategic roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Bank of Boston earlier in the career. Cohan holds an MBA in Strategy and Financial Management from The Wharton School and dual degrees in Art History and Electrical Engineering from Swarthmore College.
