Sebastian Fixson

Sebastian Fixson serves as the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs & Innovation at Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where responsibilities include teaching in Innovation & Design and overseeing various programs related to technology and operations management. With a rich academic background, Sebastian has held positions as Associate Dean of Innovation, Chair of the Technology, Operations, and Information Management Division, and Faculty Director of the Masters of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Additionally, Sebastian contributes as a Visiting Professor at Vlerick Business School and serves as a Visiting Lecturer at both Nordakademie and Hamburg University of Technology. Prior experience includes a Visiting Assistant Professorship at MIT Sloan School of Management and an Assistant Professorship in Industrial & Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Technology, Management, and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Dipl.-Ing. (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
