Shannon Larsen

Shannon Larsen currently serves as the Associate Director of Employer Relations at Babson College, beginning in January 2024, where responsibilities include executing strategies for employer engagement and creating programs that address the needs of employer partners and undergraduate students. Prior to this role, Shannon was a Program Specialist at Boston College's Career Center and held several positions at SharkNinja, including Senior Manager of Talent Attraction Programs and Early Talent Program Manager, focusing on talent recruitment and program management. Shannon's extensive experience includes roles at Altman Vilandrie & Company, Skills for Rhode Island's Future, Hasbro, Grant Thornton LLP, VistaPrint, Sapient, and ZEFER, where expertise in campus recruiting and employer engagement was developed. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from George Mason University and has additional education from the New England School of Photography.
