Steven Gordon

Steven Gordon has extensive experience in academia and industry, serving as a Professor of Information Technology Management at Babson College since September 1986. Gordon also held the position of Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Information Technology Case and Application Research from January 2008 to December 2010. Prior to their academic career, Gordon was the President and CEO of Beta Principles, Inc., an OEM for computer manufacturers, from 1982 to 1994, and served as a VP/Senior Associate at Simat, Helliesen & Eichner, providing consulting services in air transportation from 1974 to 1982. Gordon holds a PhD in Transportation Systems and a BS in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where education took place from 1970 to 1974 and 1966 to 1970, respectively. Early education was completed at New Rochelle High School from 1962 to 1966.
