Virginia Rademacher is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in literary and cultural studies. Since August 2008, Virginia has served as a Professor of Literary and Cultural Studies and Chair of the Arts and Humanities Division at Babson College, where tenure and promotion were awarded in April 2014. Prior to this role, Virginia was an Associate Professor of Hispanic Literature and Cultural Studies and Director of Languages and Global Cultures, and earlier held an Assistant Professor position in the same field at Babson. Virginia's career includes serving as Chief of Staff for Congressman Ron Machtley and a Lecturer at Georgetown University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Hispanic Literature from the University of Virginia, an MA in Economics and International Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Hispanic Studies from Harvard University.
