Deborah Hoelper

Deborah Hoelper is an experienced professional in the field of accessibility and developmental support, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Accessibility at Bucks County Community College since March 2015. Deborah has also worked as a Transition Coach at the same institution and has held the position of Instructor at Baby Signs, Inc. and Director at Expressions Camp, where programming focused on children with social delays and included initiatives such as a Teen volunteer program and an overnight camp for college-bound teens. Additionally, Deborah has worked as a developmental therapist since 2000 and briefly served as the AACES Program Coordinator at Family Service Association of Bucks County. Educational credentials include a Master's in Education from Arcadia University, a Certificate in Early Childhood from Temple University, as well as certificates in Autism and Infant Mental Health from La Salle University and Widener University, respectively.
