Malena Lindblad is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at BabyBjörn AB since November 2006, Malena drives and develops HR-related issues, providing support and advisory services to management and employees, while overseeing recruitment, competency development, and salary negotiations. Prior to this role, Malena was the Human Resource Manager at Connecta from January 2000 to November 2006, where responsibilities included recruitment, orientation, and the development of policies related to rehabilitation and workplace equality. Malena's career began at SVT, serving as a Project Leader for Personnel from 1994 to 1999, managing various HR projects and initiatives. Malena holds a degree from Stockholm University, completed between 1989 and 1992.

Björn Jakobson founded BabyBjörn AB in 1961, together with his sister-in-law Elsa Jakobson. His wife Lillemor Jakobson joined a year later and would as a textile designer become a crucial part of the team. Today, BabyBjörn products are sold in fifty countries, worldwide, but still with the HQ based in Sweden and a family-owned company. Our goal, ever since the company started, was to make everyday life easier for families with small children by developing premium quality, safe and functional products for children up to the age of three. We never compromise on the safety, quality and design of our products. We are also firmly convinced that you shouldn’t have to buy loads of products for your children – just a few that really work. Our policy of never launching a product that does not live up to our strict quality and safety requirements, means that over the years, parents have developed considerable confidence in us and our products. This is something that has only been possible due to the consistent level of deep commitment to their work shown by every single person who works for and is involved in the company.
