Shishir Katiyar has over 10 years of work experience in operations, product optimization, analytics, and research. In 2016, they joined BabyChakra as Senior Manager Marketplace Operations, where they defined processes and trained a team for Onboarding Services with Business Agreements, resulting in Verified Profiles of 5k+ Services across 30+ Categories offering Products and Packages covering maternity, child-care, parenting related needs.
