Mitou Nguyen

Mitou Nguyen is the Senior Product Manager at Babylist. Mitou was previously a volunteer Product Manager at Helping Hands Community from November 2020 to July 2021. There, they defined and prioritized the strategic roadmap to transition Community Delivery from its pilot phase to Helping Hands' flagship product for community organizations. Mitou also documented and optimized the full user journey for both community organizations and local volunteers. Prior to that, they were a professional culinary student at San Francisco Cooking School from January 2020 to September 2020. Before that, they were the Senior Product Manager at Groupon from July 2017 to January 2020. And before that, they were the Product Owner / Technical Program Manager, Sales Systems at LinkedIn from May 2014 to July 2017.

Mitou Nguyen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Mitou also has a Master Certificate in Systems Design and Project Leadership from Cornell University College of Engineering. In addition, they have a CET Concentration in Engineering Leadership from UC Berkeley College of Engineering. Mitou also has a French Baccalaureate and Option International Baccalaureate in Science with Mathematics focus from Lycée Français de San Francisco. Mitou is also certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified ScrumMaster. In addition, they have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and LinkedIn's Conscious Business certification. Finally, they are Salesforce certified as both a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and a Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator.
