Molly Goodson

Molly Goodson is an experienced executive with a strong background in brand development and media strategy. Currently serving as VP of Brand & Media at Babylist since June 2023, Goodson also holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder of The Assembly, a pioneering wellness community space established in San Francisco in January 2018. Goodson's prior experience includes launching "Journeys by Bobbie" while at Bobbie, contributing as a Senior Advisor for Business Strategy & Operations at Phenomenal Media, and leading omnichannel experiences at Athleta. Earlier in their career, Goodson co-founded Spright.com, a wellness community app for women, and worked extensively at POPSUGAR, where roles included Vice President of Content. Goodson holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Pomona College.
