Tom Principe

Tom Principe is the current Director of Engineering at Babylist. Tom has previous experience as the Associate Director of Engineering at Wayfair, where they lead the Syncrofit product and was responsible for its overall architecture. Tom has also worked as the Director of Engineering at Siemens PLM Software, where they were responsible for all software development activities, including the definition of SDLC process, ownership of the development road map for 3 applications, and management of ~30 software engineers. Tom Principe started their career as a Software Engineer Manager at Vistagy in February 2002.

Tom Principe has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.

They are on a team with Hugues Bernet-Rollande - Software Engineer, Sohil Jain - Data Engineer, and Vivek Patel - Software Engineer. Tom Principe reports to TJ Moretto, VP of Engineering.
