Frank Swierz has over 28 years of work experience in the technology industry. Frank began their career in 1992 as a Senior Programmer at Medstat, where they designed, developed, and enhanced a health care information systems product. In 1994, they moved to CText INC as a Senior Software Engineer, where they enhanced and maintained a graphical newspaper pagination program. In 1997, they joined Creative Solutions as a Lead Programmer and Manager of the Web Services Development team. During their time there, they designed and developed Creative Solutions' flagship accounting product and grew annual revenue from $0 to over $6,000,000 over a four year period. In 2003, Frank joined Thomson Tax and Accounting as a Director of Software Development, where they were responsible for four teams and eight products developed for the professional accounting market. In 2007, they moved to Thomson Reuters as Senior Director of Software Development, where they led the Platform group for the Thomson Reuters' Onvio product suite. In 2020, they joined connectTMA as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for building applications that make the lives of legal industry professionals more efficient and secure utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Services), WebRTC, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Angular/Material, Kubernetes, and others. Later that same year, they joined SampleServe as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for building cloud native environmental data management software. In 2021, Frank joined BabyPage, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for making it fun and easy for parents to capture and track their children's milestones.

Frank Swierz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University between 1989 and 1992.
