Mari-Louise Neergard Paustian has over a decade of experience in marketing and ecommerce. Mari-Louise currently holds the position of Head of Ecommerce at BabySam A/S since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Taster Wine A/S, starting as a Marketing Coordinator in 2010 and progressing to become the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce in 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the digital transformation of the company and successfully launched new brand identities and digital platforms. Mari-Louise Neergard Paustian obtained their elementary and junior high school education at Trørødskolen from 1990 to 2000. Mari-Louise then attended Herlufsholm Skole og Gods from 2001 to 2004, where they received a high school diploma with a focus on mathematics, English, and science. Paustian went on to study at Copenhagen Business School from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Business Administration. Mari-Louise pursued further education at Macquarie University in 2008, obtaining a Master's degree in Marketing Strategy, communication, and branding. Paustian returned to Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2010, completing a Master's degree in Cand. Merc. International Marketing and Management. In 2013, they attended Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser, where they obtained a Project Leader certification in Project Management. During the same year, they also earned a WSET level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
