David Rainwater has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. David currently holds the position of Vice President, Product Administrator at BAC Community Bank, where they are responsible for overseeing the bank's product administration. Prior to their current role, David worked at Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce as a Leadership Stockton Participant.
Before joining BAC Community Bank, David spent several years at Financial Center Credit Union, where they held multiple roles. As the Vice President of Information Systems, they were responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the Credit Union's Information Systems and Security Operations. David managed relationships with third-party IT vendors and software/support licenses, and was an active leader within the Credit Union's Executive and Merge Teams.
Earlier in their career at Financial Center Credit Union, David served as the Systems Manager, where they rebuilt the IS Department and implemented processes, standards, and performance measurements. David also completed projects to improve systems and infrastructure, including equipment refreshes. Additionally, David held the role of Process Improvement Manager, where they led efforts to identify and improve processes and implemented cost-saving measures. David was also involved in strategic planning and performed research as a Marketing Intern.

David Rainwater earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Magna Cum Laude degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Franciscan University of Steubenville. David also minored in Finance, Marketing, and Theology. Additionally, they have certifications as a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) from the Credit Union National Association, and as an Integrity Coaching Participant from Integrity Solutions.
