Benjamen Ober

Benjamen Ober is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Bacardi since December 2022, Benjamen previously held the position of Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development at Pernod Ricard, where key responsibilities included executing M&A transactions and integrations. Prior to this, Benjamen worked as an Investment Banking Associate at McKenzie & Associates, leading various capital markets transactions and developing financial models. Additional roles include Investment Banking Analyst at FMI, where Benjamen supported numerous sell-side M&A transactions, and Credit Risk Analyst at Credit Suisse, managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Benjamen's educational background includes a BA in Public Policy and Religion from Duke University, a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Economics from Mises Graduate School.
