Faye Cottingham

Faye Cottingham is an experienced legal professional currently serving as VP and General Counsel at Bacardi since September 2021, where responsibilities also encompass serving as Regional General Counsel for Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to Bacardi, Faye held the position of Legal Counsel at Bacardi-Martini Limited from May 2012 to March 2024 and worked at De Beers from June 2005 to May 2012 as Assistant Group Manager and Counsel focused on competition law. Faye's career includes a tenure as Counsel at Element Six in 2011 and as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February 2003 to May 2005. Faye holds a BA in Jurisprudence with Legal Studies in Europe (German) from the University of Oxford (1995-1999) and completed legal training at the College of Law, York (1999-2000).
