Hari Nair

Hari Nair currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Bacardi, overseeing operations and supply chain strategy across the AMEA and GTR regions since June 2018. Prior to this role, Hari was the Director of Operations for Bacardi India, where responsibilities included managing operations across India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, as well as overseeing a budget of 40 million USD and establishing third-party manufacturing units. With extensive experience also as CEO at Dr. Batras and in leadership roles at Marico Ltd. and H&R Johnson (I) Ltd., Hari Nair brings a wealth of knowledge in operations and supply chain management. Educational qualifications include an AMP from the Indian School of Business and a PGDBA in Marketing/Operations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
