John McCusker

John McCusker has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. John began their career in 1985 at Dixons Stores Group as a Training & Development Manager. John then joined Kraft Foods in 1991, where they held multiple roles, including Organizational Development in Spain and the UK, Director of Human Resources in the Middle East & Africa, and Director of Organizational Development in Latin America. John later became the Human Resources Director for Brazil at Kraft Foods. In 2007, they moved to Bacardi as the Director of Human Resources for Global Operations and eventually became the Global VP of Talent Management.

John McCusker attended The University of Edinburgh from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in General study with a focus on Spanish and Business Studies. Prior to that, they attended St. Mary's Academy in Bathgate, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
