Laura Bueso Ramo

Laura Bueso Ramo currently serves as the Planning and Manufacturing Tech Service Manager at Bacardi, a role undertaken since September 2012, overseeing Global Tech services related to Planning and Manufacturing processes across the company's supply chain and production facilities. Key responsibilities include managing strategies for demand and supply planning, production execution, and maintenance management. Previously, Laura held the positions of Manufacturing Solution Manager, where efforts focused on implementing global solutions for manufacturing processes and serving as the IT Client Manager for France plants. Prior to Bacardi, experience as a Consultant at Accenture involved process reengineering and SAP implementations in the Consumer Goods industry, with a strong background in production, inventory management, plant maintenance, and quality management. Laura holds a Master in Industry 4.0 from PEAKS Business School and a degree in Telematics Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza.
