Mathilde Zammit

Mathilde Zammit is an experienced professional in the agro-food sector, currently serving as Responsable Développement Secteur at Bacardi France since September 2021. Previously, Mathilde worked at Bridor as Chef de secteur GMS/RHF, where responsibilities included managing traditional bakery products, pastries, and viennoiseries in various departments. Prior to that, a position as Chef de secteur GMS at Fleury Michon involved sales for charcuterie in multiple regions. Mathilde also gained experience in the food retail sector during a brief role as Assistante chef de rayon at SYSTEME U, and completed a laboratory technician internship at Lund University focusing on micro-organism research. Academic qualifications include a Master II in Agro-food Business Management and a Bachelor in Agro-food Project Management from ISEMA, along with a DUT in Biological Engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
