Rob Sandford has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rob started their career at London 2012 as a Press Operations Team Member. Rob then worked as a Research Analyst at Foresight First, where they conducted detailed research and prepared reports on opportunities and threats facing clients' strategies. After that, they worked as a Strategic Planner at The Bank Agency and CHI&Partners. Rob then joined St Luke's London as a Planner and later promoted to Senior Planner. Following that, they worked at Ogilvy as a Strategy Director. Currently, they are working as a Global Insight Director at Bacardi.

Rob Sandford holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of York. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "Effective Marketing for online scale ups" from magic numbers in 2023, "APG Training Course | Strategic Thinking" from APG in March 2016, "APG Training Course - Agile Strategy" from APG in 2016, and "APG Training Network" from APG in November 2015.
