Sean Woltz

Sean Woltz is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Finance & Revenue Growth Management at Bacardi since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sean has held key positions at FIFCO USA, including Vice President of Transformation and Vice President of Commercial Planning & Performance from June 2021 to April 2025. Sean's extensive career at Bacardi began in June 2005, during which time various roles were undertaken, including Vice President of Commercial Analytics and several director-level positions, focusing on commercial performance and analytics. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics & Management Science from Ryerson University and a Business Administration degree in Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
