Paul Martin

Paul Martin serves as the Head of Regulatory Reporting at British Arab Commercial Bank since February 2015. Previously, Paul held roles as an Independent Consultant at Barclays from May 2012 to June 2014, focusing on balance sheet optimization, and as Group Head of Regulatory Reporting at Barclays from March 2006 to July 2011, overseeing capital adequacy reporting and regulatory policy guidance. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Group Regulatory Reporting at HSBC from 1998 to 2006, where Paul managed capital adequacy reporting for HSBC Holdings Group and provided regulatory policy guidance. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University and is a member of the ICAEW, holding the ACA designation since 1992.
