Eros Andeliz

Eros Andeliz has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, primarily focusing on concierge services and guest experience management. Eros started their career in 1999 as an Assistant to VP Operations/Benefits Coordinator at Krystaltech International, Inc. Eros then worked as a Payroll Administrator/Comptroller Assistant at Jean-Georges Enterprises and later as a Human Resources Administrator at Macy's East.

In 2004, Eros joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. - W New York Times Square as a Guest Service Agent, and later became a Concierge. Eros then worked as a Concierge at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel New York and The Chatwal NY, A Starwood Luxury Collection Hotel. In 2011, they joined the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges, where they held various roles including Membership Director, Social Director, Director of Public Relations, and Secretary.

In 2014, Eros took on the role of Chef Concierge at Baccarat Hotel & Residences and continued in this position until 2019, when they became the Director of Guest Experience & Concierge Services. Eros'smost recent role is the Director of Front Office Operations at Baccarat Hotel & Residences, which they assumed in August 2022.

Throughout their career, Eros has also been involved with professional organizations like Les Clefs d'Or U.S.A., Ltd., where they served on the Membership Committee in the East Region.
