Robert G. Mentz

Mr. Robert (“Bob”) Mentz is the Chief Financial Officer of BACCH Laboratories, Inc. Bob has 30 years of experience in finance including operational analysis, deal structure, capital return evaluation, and financial modeling including involvement in several acquisitions and divestitures.

Bob maintains BACCH Labs’s financial records compliant with GAAP and FASB releases. Bob also oversees the distribution of quarterly financial reports and provides financial analysis.

Previously, Bob was a Business Analyst for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc (NYSE:APD) where he was responsible for preparing the quarterly segment analysis for the $5 Billion Tonnage business unit. This analysis included traditional market impacts quantified into EPS changes and included international currency movements and strategic natural resource cost changes. This information was coordinated and included in corporate SEC and other filings.

Prior to this, Bob was the Assistant Treasurer for an independent oil company in Louisiana and handled international payments, currency hedging, foreign shipment financings, and short-term investments, and managed the company’s banking and credit line relationships.

Bob holds a BS in Accounting & Finance from Penn State University and MBA from Lehigh University. Bob obtained his CPA in Pennsylvania.
