Jon Ruby

Jon Ruby is the current General Counsel at Baceline Group. Prior to that, they were Of Counsel at VC Law Group where they represented clients in various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing and leasing. Ruby Law Offices was their previous company where they were the Principal and represented clients in various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing and eminent domain matters. Much Shelist was the company prior to that where they were also the Principal. There they represented clients in acquisitions and sales of single and multi-tenant industrial, retail, office, medical/healthcare and apartment buildings. Jon also represented borrowers and lenders in mortgage loan transactions. Jon Ruby has a lot of experience in commercial real estate transactions and has been in the field for many years.

Jon Ruby attended the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they earned their J.D. Jon also holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan in Biology.
